Marbella Commerce Center Lands New Tenant

SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, CA-Point Center Financial, a private money alternative lender, takes 8,619 sf of office space here. The new tenant joins Picerne Financial, The Delta Group and Anderson Jones at the two-building complex.

SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, CA-A new tenant has been secured for Marbella Commerce Center in San Juan Capistrano, as locally based Point Center Financial has signed a lease for 8,619 sf of office space here. The transaction is valued at $1.1 million.

The private money alternative lender, which specializes in commercial real estate loans, has inked a five-year lease with one option to renew for five years. It will join current occupants Picerne Financial, the Delta Group and Anderson Jones at the two-building complex, which was completed in 2001. Point Center Financial will occupy almost the entire first floor of the complex’s 23,809-sf facility at 30900 Rancho Viejo Rd. The complex’s other building encompasses nearly 26,000 sf and is around 100% leased.
