NYMC Opens Westchester Branch

NEW YORK CITY-New York Mortgage Co. LLC has established a Westchester County presence with an office in Purchase, NY, the mortgage banking and brokerage firm's 10th location.

NEW YORK CITY-Manhattan-based mortgage banking and brokerage firm New York Mortgage Co. LLC has opened a Westchester County office, the firm’s 10th location.

The new branch is located at 2975 Westchester Ave in Purchase, NY. David Moore, senior mortgage banker and Westchester County sales manager for NYMC, will manage the new office.

“We felt it was appropriate to establish a physical presence here, along with an initial team of five mortgage bankers to meet the demand in this diverse housing market,” says NYMC president Steven Schnall. “The office will be fully self sufficient–enabling the application and approval process, and the funding, to be achieved on-site.”
