Raytheon Signs 6-Year $3.2M Lease

POMONA, CA-The aerospace contractor signs a six-year lease for 101,847 sf of industrial space here at 2855 Reservoir St. The 17-year-old, free-standing building is owned by Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Co.

POMONA, CA-Raytheon, a large defense and aerospace contractor, has signed a six-year lease here. Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Co. owns the property for which the agreement was signed. The transaction for the 101,847-sf industrial space is valued at approximately $3.2 million.

The facility is located at 2855 Reservoir St. in the city of Pomona. The company plans to use the site for maintenance and repair of tactical simulation equipment. It is moving from a smaller facility in Pomona. Currently, the space is divided into 12% office with the balance going to warehousing, but Raytheon plans to do some renovation.
