FONTANA, CA-The Shoppes at Fontana off Route 66 was built in the mid-1980s. It is 100% leased and anchored by an Albertson's supermarket. The seller was Foot Center Associates. The buyer was Corsair of Beverly Hills.

FONTANA, CA-Corsair of Beverly Hills has bought the 98,000-sf Shoppes at Fontana shopping center here. The retail site was by Foot Center Associates for $7.3 million or $74 per sf.

The Shoppes at Fontana shopping center is located at 16055-16095 Foothill Blvd. in the Inland Empire section of Southern California. The property is anchored by an Albertson’s supermarket. Other tenants are small local merchants. It is 100% leased.
