Other Minnesota locations include Apple Valley, Burnsville, Coon Rapids,Minnetonka, Plymouth, St. Paul, Faribault and St. Cloud.

The first Minnesota location—it also is the main commissary facility--opened March 7 in Plymouth, and serves greater Minnesota and western Wisconsin.

The firm's meals are designed for customers with special dietary needs or desires, and are made fresh each day.

Customers then pick up the meals, or have them delivered to their homes.

"Our meals are freshly prepared by the culinary team at our Plymouth commissary," says Stephanie Keegan, chief executive officer of Seattle Sutton's Healthy Eating of Minnesota. "They're nutritionally analyzed and calorie-controlled, and are low fat, low cholesterol and sodium restricted."

Seattle Sutton's Healthy Eating has annual sales of more than $15 million, with over 90 locations in Illinois, Nebraska and Minnesota.
