Snyder Langston Completes Fullerton Biz Park

FULLERTON, CA-Work wraps up on the $6.6-million industrial project, which encompasses 216,706 sf. The complex consists of three buildings, which stand on a 10.91-acre parcel at the corner of Moore Avenue and Gilbert.

FULLERTON, CA-A new industrial project has risen in Fullerton, as Snyder Langston has wrapped up work on the 216,706-sf Fullerton Business Park here.

Developed by Snyder Langston Operon Group, the industrial complex consists of three buildings that stand on a 10.91-acre parcel at the corner of Moore Avenue and Gilbert. All of the facilities in the project contain metal-halide lighting, 2% skylights and an ESFR sprinkler system.

Building 1, which encompasses 74,065 sf, stands on a 3.73-acre site at 2307 Moore Ave. It includes 1,757 sf of office space and a warehouse that features a 30-ft clear ceiling height, 11 dock-high truck doors and two grade-level truck doors. This facility shares a 180-ft concrete truck court with Building 2, which is located at 2313 Moore Ave.
