LONDON-Student housing specialist Unite has signed another nine projects giving it a further 6,092 beds. The move will help to increase the group’s exposure to the London market by 75% but also includes new projects in Liverpool, Glasgow, Birmingham, Huddersfield, Southampton, Leicester, Cardiff and Preston.

The new schemes will have a combined value of £265 million ($387 million) and mean that Unite now operates will be operational in 30 UK towns and cities. And there are now nine UK cities where Unite has more than 1,000 beds open or under development.
