The building is located at 1751 E. Del Amo Blvd. The property will be used to import, warehouse and distribute truck accessories. The company plans to modify the existing property that is currently 10% office with the balance for warehousing. United Pacific Investments plans to demolish some office space for a showroom.

Studio Molding is vacating the premises to expand to a 100,000-sf facility also in Carson. The deal was a reverse 1031 exchange, and the site was vacant for a few weeks as Studio Molding slowly moved. The price per square foot on the deal is approximately $60.Steve Bohannon of Grubb & Ellis' LA South Bay office represented the buyer in the transaction. YM Investments represented the seller.
