The company paid $15 million for the new facility.
ADVICS is establishing this new company to increase the efficiency of the management in North America, where the sales of auto-related products is expected to expand, company officials say.
Company officials say they aim to actively promote development and sales activities and earn $500 million by 2005.
Also, the J.S. Alberici Construction Co. has expanded in Detroit with a 5,000-sf office location, according to the Detroit Chamber of Commerce. Initially, the facility will employ four people, expanding to 12 in one year. Alberici's Great Lakes regional office is located in Livonia.
The value of Alberici's investment is approximately $460,000.
