Inland paid ZP No. 108 LLC of Wilmington, NC $7.62 million or $96.14 per sf for the one-year-old asset at U.S. 1 and Valhalla Drive.

"The Carolinas are growing and this is one of the major markets we have been eyeing for our continued expansion," Lou Quilici, senior vice president, Inland Real Estate Acquisitions Inc., tells GlobeSt.com.

Strong anchors and a strategic location motivated Inland to do the deal, Quilici says. Major tenants are Target (125,000 sf), Linens 'n Things, Office max and Michaels.
