Criimi Mae officials kept their commentary on the decision to a minimum in a press release announcing the end of its affiliation with Andersen. "We commend the professionalism and dedication of Arthur Andersen during its years of service to CRIIMI MAE, and we thank the individuals who worked with us," Criimi Mae CFO Cynthia O. Azzara says in a statement. The decision marks the end of an 11-year relationship.
