The 110,000-sf Bon store will rise at the northeast corner of 164th Avenue Northeast andNortheast 74th Street. The design for the proposed Bon store calls for construction of a two-storybuilding with a brick veneer and a pedestrian bridge to a parking garage across the street. Also on the drawing boards are a 262-room Marriott Hotel and a mixed-use project adjacent to the Bon. The Bon is expecting to open late next year.
Built by the Winmar Co., the Redmond Town Center now is owned by the Santa Monica, CA-based Macerich Co. The center includes 680,000sf of office space, 520,000 sf of retail space and 115,000 sf of hotel space.
