Property owner Denholtz Associates of Rahway, NJ didn't disclose lease terms. But area brokers familiar with the Norcross submarket tell GlobeSt.com on condition of anonymity the lease is probably for five years at an aggregate rent of $2.13 million based on an average rent of $20 per sf.
