Nine separate buyers have acquired all of the complex's 12 facilities, which range in size from 7,557 sf to 10,873 sf. The new owners include a motorcycle parts distributor, surgical prosthetics manufacturer, graphics art producer and high-tech auto collision repair service.
The Dyer Business Center, which was marketed for sale by Mike Hartel and Kevin Turner of Colliers Seeley, has fetched a total of $14 million. Werdin acquired the former ITT Cannon property in January 2001 in a joint acquisition with Los Angeles-based Hanover Financial Co. of Los Angeles. As a result of developing the project, Werdin has received a Certificate of Recognition from the City of Santa Ana for helping to create 300 jobs here.
