Werdin Corp. Project Leases Up in 5 Months

SANTA ANA, CA-The 12-unit Dyer Business Center, which Werdin Corp. completed in November of last year, has entirely sold out in five months. Nine separate buyers have bought up the complex's industrial facilities, which range in size from 7,557 sf to 10,873 sf.

SANTA ANA, CA-The Newport Beach-based developer, Werdin Corp., has sold off all of the buildings in its recently completed Santa Ana industrial project, Dyer Business Center. The 101,000-sf property, which was completed in November of last year, stands at on a 5.3-acre parcel in the City of Santa Ana’s Empowerment and Enterprise Zone. Located at 2901-2923 Tech Center Dr., its buildings feature 24-ft clear height ceilings, mezzanine office space, ground level truck doors and full fire and life safety systems.

Nine separate buyers have acquired all of the complex’s 12 facilities, which range in size from 7,557 sf to 10,873 sf. The new owners include a motorcycle parts distributor, surgical prosthetics manufacturer, graphics art producer and high-tech auto collision repair service.
