The buildings are two of six office facilities that are located within the Hutton Centre complex. The property, which is built around a three-acre lake, stands on a 43-acre parcel near the intersection of the Costa Mesa and San Diego Freeways. Aside from its office facilities, the master planned commercial development includes a 167-room Doubletree Hotel, an Edwards Theater and various retail amenities.

L.J. Melody has procured the floating rate first mortgage with its correspondent life company lender, Aegon USA. The financing was arranged by Bruce Anderson in L.J. Melody's Newport Beach office, along with John Clifford and Keith Huizinga of the firm's Chicago office.
