Shoemaker Business Park is located at 14928-14948 Shoemaker Ave. in the city of Santa Fe Springs, Calif., and is part of the Mid-Cities submarket. The property was 98% leased at the time of sale. According to brokers on the deal, characteristics of the Mid-Cities commercial real estate market include a high concentration of warehouse and manufacturing businesses, close proximity to major freeways and logistics corridors and access to a diverse labor pool.
