Stiles' Park View Square in Miramar Over 50% Leased

MIAMI-Winn-Dixie Stores Inc. of Jacksonville, FL is taking 44,000 sf for 20 years at the 75,000-sf, $9.4 million retail venture in Broward County, scheduled to break ground in June and be completed by summer 2003.

MIAMI-Stiles Retail Group wasted little time in signing Winn-Dixie Stores Inc. of Jacksonville, FL to a 20-year, 44,000-sf lease at the planned 75,000-sf, $9.4 million Park View Square shopping center in Miramar, FL, 20 miles north of Downtown Miami.

The Stiles Corp. venture is scheduled to break ground on the Broward County project in June and be completed by summer 2003. The site is on the northeast corner of Miramar Parkway and SW 172nd Ave.

A total 31,000 sf remains to be leased at estimated rents of $15 to $20 per sf. Stiles declines to disclose specific rent numbers.
