LONDON-British Land has renegotiated its planning consent for the second phase of Plantation Place, its 700,000-sf redevelopment of Plantation House in Fenchurch Street in Fenchurch Street, London EC3. City of London planners have agreed to an additional 12,820 sf to bring the phase to 155,242 sf.

The second phase of the Plantation Place development, designed by Arup Associates, will front both Mincing Lane and Eastcheap, with a typical floor plate of 18,460 sf. The new consent provides for an improved configuration and enhanced entrance on Eastcheap and increased efficiency in the office floorplate, British land claimed.
