Pamela A. Galeota, senior vice president of R.M. Bradley, represented the tenants in the transaction. Thomas Aitken, vice president of Hunneman Commercial Company, represented the owner/developer, VinCo Properties.

The building was formerly owned by the town of Brookline which used it for its DPW groups. These are the first tenants since VinCo acquired the property last year and redeveloped it. The three medical groups relocated within Brookline from a 7,000-sf space.

Galeota tells GlobeSt.com that the space was on the market for a few months but she emphasizes that while there is an "abundance" of office space in this area, the demand for medical office space is very strong. Still, because of the climate of the market in general, the tenants were able to negotiate a number of concessions in their ten-year lease including six month's of free rent. "The 128 west area is a tenant's market," says Galeota, "and it's not changing in the near future."
