Miller Construction Names Three New Shareholders

MIAMI-Senior vice presidents W. Edward Cox, Coty L. Fournier and Michele E. Snow were selected by company CEO Thomas J. Miller and president Harley W. Miller for their expertise in growing the 29-year-old general contracting firm in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties.

MIAMI-Miller Construction Co., a Fort Lauderdale, FL-based, 29-year-old, family founded and family operated general contracting firm, has three new shareholders today. They are senior vice presidents W. Edward Cox, Coty L. Fournier and Michele E. Snow.

Snow, chief financial officer and a certified public accountant, has been with the firm the longest, starting in 1993. She has streamlined the company’s growth in information technology, administrative and human resources.

Fournier directs Miller’s pre-construction work and handles business development efforts. She has a 12-year background in construction operations.
