Campus Marketplace is anchored by Ralphs and Longs Drugs, with other tenants including Discovery Isle Daycare, Radio Shack, Blockbuster, Starbucks, Washington Mutual, Pt. Loma Credit Union, Mail Boxes Etc., Great Clips and Subway.

According to Gregg Sadowsky, vice president and regional officer for Southern California, the shopping center is already 90% leased. With the addition of Campus Marketplace, Regency Centers will own and operate five shopping centers in the San Diego area.

"Campus Marketplace brings a contemporary shopping center approach to the San Marcos area," says Sadowsky. "It features numerous prominent national tenants, mixed with strong regional players."

Regency, a real estate investment trust, is an owner, operator, and developer of grocery-anchored, neighborhood retail centers.
