ResortQuest Bags Third Florida Deal in Month

ORLANDO-The four-year-old Memphis, TN-based online timeshare/vacation resort booking service company nears its goal of 4,000 managed units after signing a three-year property management contract with Panama City, FL developer Rick Rushing for his 22-story, 193-unit Celadon Beach Condominium project, 250 miles northwest of Downtown Orlando.

ORLANDO-ResortQuest International, the Memphis, TN-based online timeshare/vacation resort booking service company that is averaging a deal a month this year, has signed a three-year property management contract with Panama City, FL developer Rick Rushing for his 22-story, 193-unit Celadon Beach Condominium project, 250 miles northwest of Downtown Orlando.

The value and terms of the contract weren’t disclosed. The contract has two three-year extension options.

The estimated $39 million Celadon construction job overlooks 283 lineal feet of beachfront on the Gulf of Mexico near the Alabama border. Two-bedroom and three-bedroom condos are priced from $182,900 to $370,000.
