Alloway to Sell 117,688-SF Warehouse, Office

FARGO, ND-Alloway Industries, LLC's soon-to-be disbanded joint venture with John Deere results in the closing of a facility this summer. Alloway hires Philadelphia-based Binswanger/CBB to sell the property near two interstates and an airport here.

FARGO, ND-Alloway Industries, LLC, has named Binswanger/CBB exclusive agent for the sale of its 117,688-sf facility with acreage here. The property, which is located at 1300 43rd St. NW, includes a one-story warehouse/industrial building and a 14,508-sf two-story office facility.

The property is close to the convergence of Interstates 29 and 94, as well as Hector International Airport.

Alloway Industries, which makes hay and forage equipment for Moline, IL-based John Deere and farm implements for Rockford, IL-based Woods, will cease production by July 31. The decision to close Alloway Industries affects a workforce of about 80 full-time employees.
