Seven of the properties are standing investments and another six are development opportunities. Dunloe Ewart said in a Stock Exchange announcement that it intends to focus on key development properties and joint ventures--primarily in Dublin--and to dispose of non-core properties.

The portfolio include four buildings in Lanyon Place, Belfast; the Castle Centre in Antrim; and mainland investments in Aylesbury and Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire and Braintree, Essex.
