In Manchester, it has sold the 35,400-sf 7-11 St James's Square to one of its tenants, the stockbroker WH Ireland, for £5 million ($7.25 million) representing a yield of 6.8%. Lambert Smith Hampton represented WH Ireland .

In Staines, to the south-west of London, FISPAM sold 62 London Road to a private investor advised by Rogers Chapman in an off market deal for £3.925 million . The 13,413-sf office building is let with 10 years unexpired to Holiday Inns with the Six Continents Group plc acting as guarantor. The entire building is sublet to RJ Reynolds.

In Glasgow, Bank of Scotland has paid £2.32 million ($3.3 million) for 12-14 Woodside Terrace, representing a yield of 8.6%. The 20,800-sf building is let to HBG Construction at £210,000 ($300,000) per annum on a lease with 4.5 years unexpired. Montagu Evans represented Bank of Scotland and Conroy Laurie represented FISPAM.

And in Edinburgh, FISPAM has sold a vacant 4,583-sf building at 18 Atholl Crescent, to Ashford Property Group for £640,000 ($930,000). Conroy Laurie represented Ashford and DTZ Debenham Tie Leung represented FISPAM.
