The deal for the newly-refurbished 18,632-sf offices with20 parking spaces is the largest letting in Windsor since AA Centrica movedto Windsor Office Park in June 2000.
Gainsborough AWG Ltd is continuingto progress with its expansion programme after securing its latest businesscentre in Windsor.
Since 2000, Gainsborough AWG has acquired more than350,000 sf across the UK in cities such as Aberdeen, Glasgow, Edinburgh,Leeds and Manchester.
