Gainsborough AWG Rents Windsor Business Centre

LONDON-Windsor, Berkshire, celebrates its biggest office deal for two years

LONDON-Business centre operator Gainsborough AWG has agreed a 15-year leaseat a rent of £28 ($41) per sf at 59/60 Thames Street in central Windsorfor a new business centre. It is taking the space from headlessee CendantCorporation.

The deal for the newly-refurbished 18,632-sf offices with20 parking spaces is the largest letting in Windsor since AA Centrica movedto Windsor Office Park in June 2000.

Gainsborough AWG Ltd is continuingto progress with its expansion programme after securing its latest businesscentre in Windsor.
