Reckson Associates Realty Corp., the owner of the 100 Summit Lake Drive building located at the 699,045-sf Reckson Summit office complex, reported the lease deal. Esio Berrettini of Berco Realty Inc. represented Philips Electronics in the deal.

Officials with Reckson also reveal that it has signed a major lease renewal with The Compass Group, a large-scale banquet and concession firm for 31,844 sf at 3 International Dr. at the Reckson Executive Park in Rye Brook. Maureen O'Boyle of Cushman & Wakefield of Connecticut represented the tenant in the deal.

Also, Reckson officials reveal that Heineken USA has signed on for an additional 9,100 sf of space for its corporate headquarters at Reckson's 360 Hamilton Ave., building in downtown White Plains. The lease expansion was announced at T. Daniel Tearno, vice president of corporate affairs for Heineken USA at the 11th Annual Hall of Honor Awards Dinner of the Building Owners and Management Association held on May 15 at the Abigail Kirsh at Tappan Hill in Tarrytown. At the dinner, Heineken USA was given the corporate Hall of Honor award by BOMA for its work supporting economic growth in Westchester. John Barnes, RPA, senior vice president of property management for Reckson Associates, was bestowed with BOMA's Distinguished Service Award.
