The freehold of the single level, fully enclosed, shopping centre is owned by Tamworth Borough Council. The mall has two anchor stores let to Dunnes Stores and Boots the Chemist, 54 shop units including branches of WH Smiths, Argos, Iceland, New Look, McDonalds, V Shop, Dixons and Adams and an 800-space multi-storey car park.
