''Belleview Corporate Plaza II represents the same quality and image that eCollege projects in the marketplace--that of stability and progress,'' says eCollege vice president and CFO Doug Kelsall. He adds the location is ideal for its employees, who live throughout the area.
''And, with its close proximity to Denver International Airport, our new space will allow for easy transportation to and form the office for traveling employees and visiting customers,'' he says.
The building also is close to Cherry Hills and Greenwood Village, which offer some of the most expensive houses in the metro area.
''This is a significant lease for Bedford, and for Belleview Corporate Plaza,'' says Linda Mott, Bedford Property Investors area manger.
