Brookdale Regional Center Adding 22,000 SF

BROOKLYN CENTER, MN-Shaw-Lundquist Associates, Inc. will do the construction on the project, the largest component being 22,000 additional sf at the Brookdale Area Library.

BROOKLYN CENTER, MN-Brookdale Regional Center is undergoing a renovation that will more than double the size of the building and provide northern Hennepin County residents with new, state-of-the-art facilities. Shaw-Lundquist Associates, Inc. recently began construction on the regional center, which is located 6125 Shingle Creek Pkwy.

Shaw-Lundquist recently won the construction contract with the Hennepin County property services department. The major component of the project is the BrookdaleArea Library, where 22,000 sf of space will be added. The Brookdale Service Center, Hennepin County District Court, and social services and corrections offices also will be expanded.
