Jim Fagan, senior managing director of CB Richard Ellis' New York Metropolitan region, comments on the hiring by saying, "CB Richard Ellis is truly lucky to have a professional of Dan's caliber join our firm. His accomplishments are immeasurable. The fact that he came to work at CB Richard Ellis in and of itself demonstrates the strength of our unique global platform and superlative culture."

Mambrino will specialize in office leasing, built-to-suit transactions, agency building leasing and national and regional account representation services, CB Richard Ellis officials say.

During his tenure at Cushman & Wakefield, Mambrino completed some of the largest major tenant representation office leasing assignments in the Westchester-Connecticut marketplace, CB Richard Ellis officials note. Prior to his stint at Cushman & Wakefield, Mambrino was national real estate manager for PepsiCo, Inc., of Purchase where he managed the company's domestic and international real estate portfolio.

A resident of White Plains, Mambrino has negotiated domestic and international office and industrial lease transactions that totaled in excess of $1.2 billion, marketed and sold land and buildings valued at more than $300 million and represented Fortune 500 companies in lease deals that involved more than 1.5 million sf of space.

Among the major firms Mambrino has represented include: Miller Brewing Company, Mobil Oil Corp., Philip Morris Corp., Republic National Bank, UPS, Exxon Corp., Dow Chemical Corp., General Foods, Cytec Industries, Inc., Computer Sciences Corp., and Volt Information Sciences, Inc.
