Lagasse Inc., a New Orleans-based wholesale distributor of janitorial supplies, has pre-leased 45,000 sf at a building scheduled for completion in September, Eric Brown, a ProLogis vice president and marketing manager in San Antonio, tells GlobeSt.com. That makes the 118,800-sf building, the third at the center, 37.9% leased. Grubb & Ellis brokers Joe Carroll of the San Antonio office and Kenneth Franzese of the Chicago office represented Lagasse.
The 31,000 sf that Lagasse is vacating in the park has been spoken for by PrimeSource, which will increase its space to 82,000 sf.
Denver Southwest, a wholesale building materials manufacturer, is taking 32,000 sf as it enters the San Antonio market. Another newcomer, Crown Equipment Corp., a lift-truck manufacturer, is taking 40,000. Together, they'll lease an entire building at the distribution center. Denver Southwest was represented by Art Gonzales of Providence Commercial Real Estate Services and Crown was represented by H. Grady Barrett III of Binswanger Cos.
