BOERNE, TX-Bakke Development Corp. continues to bank on Boerne, a growing community northwest of San Antonio along Interstate 10. Bakke, which has done several projects in the city, has two more under way.

One is a professional office building in Boerne’s business district and the other, the first phase of a planned four-phase project at Interstate 10 and Johns Road, Phil Bakke, president of the development company, tells GlobeSt.com.

The downtown building, called the Waterstreet Office Park is two stories and 17,000 sf. Architects Drewry Martin have designed it to look like one of Boerne’s downtown buildings.
