San Diego's American Mortgage Sets Up Southeast Center

ATLANTA-The California subsidiary of American Residential Investment Trust Inc. names Mike DiCarlo vice president/regional manager of the suburban Alpharetta, GA office. David Houghtlin is regional operations manager.

ATLANTA-American Mortgage Network of San Diego has opened a suburban Alpharetta, GA office and named Mike DiCarlo vice president/regional manager. David Houghtlin is regional operations manager.

AmNet is a subsidiary of American Residential Investment Trust Inc. AmNet funded $368.9 million in first-quarter home loans and expects to close $500 million for the full year, the company says in a prepared statement.

DiCarlo and Houghtlin will be responsible for new business in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, North and South Carolina and Tennessee.
