Tri-National Completes Phase 1 of Resort

SAN DIEGO-Tri-National Development Corp. completes the first of four phases of its work on the entrance and permanent easement to its Vinas de Bajamar resort and residential property in Baja

SAN DIEGO-The first of four phases of work on the entrance and permanent easement to Vinas de Bajamar resort property in Baja California is now complete.

Over the past two months, the developer has cut a 90-foot wide, 1.2-mile entry road through the canyon to the property. The road starts at the exit from Highway 1 directly across from the w Bajamar Ocean Front Hotel & Golf Resort and continues east to the north gate of the Vinas de Bajamar development.
