Weitzman and Cencor are affiliated companies based in Dallas. Todd Wallace and David Simmonds, both of the Weitzman Group, will handle leasing and Rheta Williams, Cencor's director of property management in Austin, will be responsible for managing the center. Scott Freid, a Weitzman senior vice president and head of the Austin office, said the company wants to increase the management part of the business.

The center is owned by Stassney Heights Ltd., a limited partnership. The Trammell Crow Co.-developed center is situated at East Stassney Lane and Interstate 35. Tenants include Castle Dental, Supercuts, Blockbuster Video, Mattress Firm, General Nutrition and Eyemart Express.

Cencor manages 1.2 million sf in the Austin area and Weitzman has leasing responsibilities for three million sf. In Texas, Cencor manages 11.5 million sf and Weitzman leases 15 million sf.
