Glaser Financial Promotes Williams to Top Job

ST. PAUL-David Williams replaces founder Curt Glaser, who remains chairman. The company has more than doubled its commercial loan servicing portfolio to $2.5-billion over last three years.

ST. PAUL-David Williams has been named new chief executive officer of Glaser Financial Group, a St. Paul-based commercial real estate lender that originates andservices loans in more than 40 states. As CEO, Williams will be responsible for companyadministration, loan administration, asset management and closing.

Williams, who joined Glaser in 1995, was previously an executive vice president with thecompany. Now he is an equal partner in the company.

Curt Glaser, co-founder of the company with Kevin Filter, will remain chairman of the company and chair the loan committee. Filter, who became president in 1996, remains in that position with full responsibility for all production and underwriting.
