Holland & Knight had scouted metro Atlanta for better deals after being a One Atlantic tenant for the past six years.

"After taking a look at other options, because of the current competitive real estate market, we found there's no place like home," A. Summey Orr III, the firm's executive partner, says in a prepared statement. "We're big fans of Midtown and this building, and we think it's the best place for us."

Audrey Windsor, senior vice president, Jones Lang LaSalle and leasing director Casey Powell represented owner Sumitomo Life Realty (N.Y.) Inc. in the transaction. John Izard of Cushman & Wakefield of Georgia Inc. negotiated for the law firm.
