The 465-seat cinema is located at 1262 Westwood Blvd. ReelCinema is an independent theater operator committed to preserving single-screen theaters in the United States. The theater is about 7,500 sf, which sits on a lot measuring 7,841 sf. Parking is available on adjacent lots shared by other local businesses.

ReelCinema plans to take over operations from Pacific Theater, the current operator of the first-run cinema. The structure was built in the 1940s and was initially a live-production theater. The current owner plans to do some renovations, probably along the lines of a new sound system and projection.

Marty Shelton of NAI Capital Commercial represented the buyer, ReelCinema. Brad Stone of Stone Co. represented Icarus, the seller, in the sale.
