465-Seat Crest Theater Goes for $3.2M

WESTWOOD, CA-The 7,500-sf first-run cinema has been bought by ReelCinema, an independent theater operator committed to preserving single-screen theaters.

WESTWOOD, CA-The Crest Theater, an Art Deco-style landmark theater here, has been sold. The property was bought by ReelCinema, LLC. The theater was sold by Icarus LLC. The transaction price for the deal was $3.2 million.

The 465-seat cinema is located at 1262 Westwood Blvd. ReelCinema is an independent theater operator committed to preserving single-screen theaters in the United States. The theater is about 7,500 sf, which sits on a lot measuring 7,841 sf. Parking is available on adjacent lots shared by other local businesses.
