The 103,000-sf Huntwood sits on a five-acre parcel at 5845 Richmond Highway and houses tenants such as engineering and technical services firm Radian Inc. and wireless network provider Metrocall. Three of the building's eight floors--floors two, three and four--are currently available for occupancy through Atlantic's leasing team.
