The purchase price is made up of an initial £11.2 million ($16.25 million) plus a top-up depending of the level of rent achieved at the imminent rent reviews. The park is currently let to Matalan; MFI; Allders and Barker & Stonehouse. The current income totals over £800,000 ($1.16 million) per annum reflecting a low base of £11.50 ($17) despite the valuable open A1 non-food planning consent.
