The San Clemente site, which is located at 602 El Camino Real, encompasses 51,023 sf. It is leased by Sav-on, according to Sperry Van Ness broker Fouy Ly who worked on the deal. Sav-on is expected to break ground on a new store here by the end of the year, Ly adds.

Ly and Sperry Van Ness colleague Barbara Sykes represented both Trabuco Marketplace LLC and the seller, Black Equities, in the transaction.

In November, Trabuco Marketplace LLC sold a 26,697-sf retail center, which is located in Trabuco Canyon. The property, which is located at 21602-21702 Plano Trabuco Rd., sold to Ephram Nehme for $8.4 million. Known as Trabuco Marketplace, the shopping complex was fully occupied at the time of sale. It is anchored by Albertsons and Sav-on, which were not included in the sale.
