The Perfect Puree signed a lease to occupy 8,188-sf of the 77,175-sf flex and office-flex space, while Chaudhary & Associates will occupy 6,700-sf. The property is nearly full.
According to Perfect Puree's general counsel Scott Hayward, the company searched for a new location for over a year. "Carneros Commons was virtually the only location in Napa that had the space and amenities we required," Hayward says. "We also chose our new locale for its great aesthetic appeal."
Glen Dowling and Matt Bracco of Cushman and Wakefield negotiated the lease for Bedford, while Bill Kampton at Colliers International represented Perfect Puree. Bracco also represented Chaudhary & Associates.
"This development offers exceptional value, and many flexible options and business amenities not found elsewhere in this area," says Bedford Property Investors Vice President and Regional Manager Rod Diehl. "Carneros Commons continues to attract businesses and sign leases. That shows that this location, combined with our excellent product, has great appeal in Northern California and the Bay Area."
Carneros Commons is located within Napa Valley Corporate Park, a master-planned business center set at the junction of Highway 29 and Highway 221. While the rental rate was not revealed, similar properties have been leased at $3.50 per sf, monthly.
Bedford Property Investors has future projects planned for development within Napa Valley Corporate Park over the next five years, which will encompass 26 acres and offer up to 300,000-sf of office-flex and garden office, with some sites suitable for campus-type developments.
