SI will relocate its international headquarters from its McLean, VA location at 8484 Westpark Drive to Discovery Square, where it will join other tenants including software developers Microsoft and Aries Systems International. The park's two nine-story buildings sit on 10-acres of land and offer 177,000 and 180,000 sf of Class A space, respectively. Discovery Square, which is located in the 460-acre Reston Town Center District, is a joint development project of Terrabrook and Boston Properties.

"While Northern Virginia has experienced a considerable slowdown in its Internet and telecom sectors, we are pleased that Discovery Square is nearly fully leased to leading high-tech and services firms like SI International, Microsoft, Siebel Systems and Mintz Levin," says Boston Properties vice president and Northern Virginia leasing director Frank Hyre. Siebel systems and law firm Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo also occupy space in Discovery One.
