The deal means that Budweiser will pay £9,300 ($13,553) per month to occupy 1,094 sf of office space, which will act as Budweiser's UK head office until at least Christmas 2003.

The new office for the 100-year-old Czechoslovakian company, which calls itself the 'Original Budweiser', will manage the marketing and distribution of nine million litres of beer per year throughout the UK. The 20 staff based in the Euston centre will manage the sales, logistics, marketing and advertising for the whole of the UK.

The Euston Centre is a 1920s building, situated opposite the British Library in the northeast corner of the West End, with close proximity to Kings Cross, St Pancras and Euston Stations.

Gainsborough Chief Executive Simon Harding, who founded in June 1995 said: "I am delighted that Budweiser is aware of the benefits of basing their UK head quarters in our top quality serviced office. Gainsborough is already recognised by multi-national companies and this will certainly be of benefit during our international expansion programme."
