The seller, Edward Beaumont of Rancho Santa Margarita, was represented by Armen Gourdikian of Cushman & Wakefield. Randy Lockhart and Steve Freshour of Grubb & Ellis Co.'s Ontario office acted on behalf of PCM3.
Established in 1993, PCM3 specializes in elementary and high school educational facilities. As a consultant, the firm helps school districts determine what will work best for each project, whether it is new construction, a major expansion or a renovation of existing facilities. The company is currently working on projects for a range of California school districts, from Fullerton School District in Orange County to Alum Rock Union Elementary School District in San Jose.
