Golf Retailer, Furniture Store Ticket New Locations

SCOTTSDALE, AZ-Koala Blu LLC, a locally based golf equipment retailer, has reserved 4,387 sf at Scottsdale Horizon, a four-year-old retail center on the southwest corner of Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard and Thompson Peak Parkway in Scottsdale. In Prescott, a Sun City furniture store opens in the Village.

Dillon Tidwell, Larry Ortega and Kai Neighbors, all of Colliers International’s Phoenix office, negotiated the pact for the Scottsdale property owner, Scotts Horizon Property Inc, an entity of Simsbury, CT-based Hart Advisors Inc. The lease length and value are being kept under wraps.
